ENTRY #058: A New / Old Song

Hi.

This isn't going to be much of an update, except maybe to relieve some of you that I have been doing something in the past few months. The month of September has been devoted to several new songs, some in which have already been mentioned here several times, but they are now nearing completion. Those songs are: "Breathe the Heavenly Air," "Forevermore," and "Never Leave My Side." They'll be posted in the songs section as soon as they are completely finished.

A long time ago, I mentioned that there were going to be some changes to various songs lyrically and they would be posted as soon as they were completed. The song, "Abandon Ship," has received most of my attention lately. I have always been satisfied with the way the lyrics were originally written for that song as it left a mysterious and dark feeling to the listener. But with that song being one of my best musically, I thought that it deserved something of a higher caliber lyrically. The result has been been posted here.

That about sums everything up that's happened since the last update. I really can't wait until funds open up again for new recordings. That day might not be as far away as we all might think.
