INSIDIOUS FRUSTRATION

ENTRY #055: Shifting Into Gear Hello there, how is everyone doing? It's been such a long time since anything has been updated here. There's good and bad news I'm going to be revealing today. First the bad news. It's only natural to hear the bad before the good, so the good makes you feel happy in the end. Alright, the bad news: The writing of new songs has come to a very slow process. I've written only about three songs in the past four months. I think that this is mainly due to the fact that there is nothing inspirational in my life right now. Never fear... the good news: I've been spending my free time lately in my new recording studio. Recording has begun for the Movement of Desparity compilation. It will include six instrumental versions of songs that are to appear on the debut album, "The Life and Mind of Desparity." Not only are things set up and ready to go in the studio, I have a very talented guitarist who is willing to give me a hand. And of course, one thing can lead to another here. On September 17th 2005, I wrote the lyrics for "The Rain Will Wash Us Away." The music was written nearly six months ago, and the song is finally completed in a written state. However, it is not yet available in the lyrics section. It should be soon. Don't worry if you don't see any news updates for a long while. Insidious Frustration seems like it may have just shifted into gear for the first time since it began in 2002. We'll be quite busy. But I'll try to pop in every once in a while to let you all know how things are going. Until then... enjoy the last of these warm days... it'll get cold again soon.
